Voluntary Strike-Off

If your company has ceased trading and is no longer required, Thornwell can manage the voluntary strike-off process from start to finish.

This service is available to companies that meet the requirements for voluntary strike-off, including having assets and liabilities of no more than €150 each and having their CRO and Revenue affairs up to date.
