Registered Office Changes

Moving premises or switching to a registered office service? We update your company's official address with the CRO correctly, so post and legal notices always reach the right place.

Registered Office Changes

Every Irish company must keep a registered office address on file with the CRO — it's where official correspondence and legal notices are sent, and it must be a physical address, not a PO box.

A change of registered office requires a specific CRO filing (Form B2). We prepare and submit it, and can arrange a registered office address through our authorised third-party provider, at their standard rate, if you don't have suitable premises of your own.

What's Included

  • Preparation and CRO filing of your registered office change (Form B2)
  • Optional registered office address, arranged through our authorised third-party provider
  • Confirmation once the CRO has updated your company record
  • Guidance on any other filings the change may affect

Why Choose Thornwell

  • Fast turnaround so your official address is never out of date
  • Filed correctly, avoiding delays with returned CRO correspondence
  • A registered office service available if you're relocating or trading remotely
